Abstract
For the purpose of schooling and technical training, it is helpful to visualize a phenomenon of grain growth. And many persons concerned pay attention to Monte Carlo simulation of grain growth, that is a simple but reasonable simulation method. Authors had developed the simulation system, which calculated a phenomenon of grain growth in parallel. In this article, we report a result of our survey of a way to apply a gradient of temperature to this system. As a result of the survey, we found the method that decided the probability of boundary of a crystal moving depending on temperature. We verified validity of this method by using results of simulation. And through trials of simulation, we got to know that simulation considering a gradient of temperature was faster than simulation in an isothermal situation.
