Abstract

The design of super sonic nozzle for one dimensional flow had been used for rockets, wind tunnels etc. But large explosion ratio give influence for flow at test section, because theoretical correction factor λ=1/2(1+cosα) can be applied to the nozzle exit momentum of an ideal nozzle with a conical nozzle exhaust. This paper reports the method of the design using Hodograph by the theory of two dimensional flow.
